Extremely rude customer service and unhelpful. Installed new Garmin electronics on a Riviera for around $15k. The faulty radar made errors appear on both new screens on a week long fishing trip. Called trymax almost a year ago to advise that it was faulty and I felt they didn’t care and came up excuses rather than fix the problem and speak with Garmin like I asked. The head of Garmin ended up having to look at the radar and advised it was faulty. I called Trymax to advise and was again met with a rude person at their office with more excuses. I then phoned the installer who said he will fix it

Just want to say a big thank you to the guys at Trymax. Had an issue with my Furuno 588 & Transducer & they basically stopped what they were doing & got it sorted out straight away. All up & going now & ready for another day on the water. Ineed some work done in the New Year and I wont be going anywhere else. Thanks Guys.

The guys at Trymax come good for me providing a better price & delivered to my door weeks before the larger,NSW local suppliers could.
Trymax also fit & install giving them a personal knowledge of the products they sell, In my case I self installed but the guys were still able to give advise when it was needed.
