Jane place is good. I realised she is racist and whole trip was uncomfortable. We recorded her hatredness towards certain community, however felt that she was immature. While we tried negpecting it she reminded us through unecessary extra bills without any evidences. Initially we wanted to give her benifit of doubt. We did buy her chocolates and gave her lot of indian food etc. We realised she just misuse you and try doing wring things. We want written apology from her. My worry is she shouldnt do it with any innocent families. Racial discrimination is heinous and very painful experience. I apologisied

Relaxing, enjoyable stay in a cute little country cottage.
Managed to get a quick break between lockdowns in Victoria and this was just what we needed. Peaceful and so very relaxing in a lovely setting. The cook-your-own-breakfast was a wonderful surprise included in the price and an incredibly generous amount. Jane, the host, was extremely welcoming and made us feel quite at home. I cannot praise it highly enough! Thanks, Jane, we'll be back when these lockdowns are finished!

We liked the cottages and would visit again preferably when the pandemic is over or less constricting. The cottages are placed in a very pleasant setting and the manager was very helpful. It is a big plus to be able to have the option of cooking your own meals. More comfortable furniture would be an advantage.

Avoca cottages were our choice to stay during a recent trip to the goldfields of central Victoria. These gorgeous cottages are located in a very peaceful area to ensure you get all the rest and relaxation you require. All the cottages are extremely well maintained along with their landscaped gardens and outdoor bbq areas. They are fully self contained with all amenities and spotless throughout which made them a pleasure and the perfect place to stay during our visit. The breakfast basket of fresh local produce was so delicious and it really hits the spot. Jane was the absolute perfect host and

There is a cottage with full disabled facilities. This is really appreciated, as it gives us an accommodation option where most country motels do not cater for their needs. The rooms are neat and clean and the owners friendly and attentive. The cottages are in a quiet part of town away from the main highways and the views over the golf course lovely. If there is an issue, the owners are right on it and went out of their way to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Recommended.
