5. Before raising umbrella, the canopy must by unwrapped from around the arms to assist with opening. Partially raise the umbrella by turning the winding handle clockwise, stopping at a point where you able to reach under and remove packaging material from framework. For tilting of the umbrella, place the tilt pin in the desired hole, before raising the umbrella.

Useless umbrella. Any amount of wind it swings away from its position. I've used the lock pin and tightened it. I feel so disappointed to have spent around $4000 on something we can't use. Definitely not rated to the wind rating it claims. I was also promised a stainless steel base but received galvanised steel. I guess they think their customers don't know the difference.
