Julie also proactively pointed out when application fees were about to rise, so we were able to submit our application right before, AND she connected us with a certified translator who was able to translate documents relevant for our application.
Our application was granted within 5 months with no follow up questions.

Unbelievable service. Everything was smooth and easy. We were assigned Cristina as our agent and found her so lovely and personal.
