Would give zero stars if possible. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!
Parking sucks.. their parking lot is the alley behind the hotel. Dark, creepy and glass everywhere. This parking costs $25 a night!!
They locked the hotel doors! So not safe in the case of an emergency.
The room was disgusting. Not clean. Very uninviting. Most the lamps weren’t plugged in to a socket because there were none near them?!
I did not sleep.. people arguing. People running and screaming up and down the hallways at 2am. Ladies in heels walking the hallways at all times of the night. Yikes.
Continental breakfast consisted of

It was horrible, dirty, smelly, and our beds had blood and urine stained! They had a $80 deposit fee and we had to pay everything in cash the website said nothing on it saying it all had to be cash. The parking was $25 each day. The customer service was horrible they made us wait in the lobby at least 20 minutes or more before some one actually came to greet us. The only worker who seemed to be doing a decent job was a new hire it seems other then that they gave us a hard time getting a refund. We did not feel comfortable staying in that hotel at all. This hotel deserves a zero star, but I'll give one to the fist guys at the reception who was a bit friendly.
1. If 24 hour smoking is a thing for you then go ahead and stay here, but if you are allergic to it then avoid this place by all means. The hall ways smells cannabis and every other stuff, I tried to close my door as soon as I opened it but still most of smell went in and gave me severe headache and made me super weak.I endeded up getting fevel like symptoms within my first day.

I can see now why they only take cash. This way people can't reverse the charges on their credit card.
First room was marked not by a room number, but by a piece of paper with the room number written on it, and it is taped to the door.
Room had stained bedding. Guy at the counter said, "All sheets may have been stained, but they are clean".
They won't give you anything other than two shower towels.
I opened a drawer to my room to find two cockroaches.
I got a different room.
New room was missing the microwave. Guy behind the counter gave us one out of the roach room

Got to the hotel after a long day at a nearby theme park tired and ready for bed, only to have the clerk rudely informed me they didn’t have me in the system. When I showed him the two confirmation emails I received after. Booking in advance directly through them - his solution was to offer me a room at twice the price of the original booking. When I insisted he give me the room at my original booking price he just made me talk on the phone to his “manager” - she also said the only thing they could do was rebook me at twice the price. I again insisted on the original booking price. After

Clean and comfortable rooms. Helpful staff. Great price. This the only hotel I've been in that only takes cash, but it was worth it. It is within walking distance of Hollywood Bowl and Universal Studios and Hollywood Tours. They had a simple breakfast, but it was fine. A pleasant experience. I highly recommend it!

This is the worst and nastiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The pictures on google are so deceiving. When we first walked in the lobby it looked nice but once we walked in the room the it was just disgusting! The walls had a bunch of hand prints all over..even in places where you wouldn’t think people would go. There was gray scotch tape on the ground weirdly. The sheets were dirty so I had to look under the bed to see if there was bed bugs and I literally see two twin size mattresses keeping the bed from falling!! There wasn’t even a dam bed frame! The pictures on the website look way better than actually staying here. As soon as my family walked in we seen and killed a 2 inch big roach with wings!!! We were disgusted and did not want to sleep here but there is a no refund policy. The beds and pillows were disgusting!! Cant stress that enough. Old yellow stains on the pillow cases and sheets. We had to go buy our own pillows and blankets at a target down the street. Air conditioner was barely hanging in the wall and flooring and countertops and showers were filthy! We took a Clorox wipe to the whole room and they turned black after anything
