Outstanding service provided. They were welcoming and accommodating and provided an upfront quote that did not change once the service was completed which is refreshing. Despite their intense workload they accommodated me with two young children and provided an efficient service to ensure I didn’t have to wait long. Finally a local phone repair place in Jimboomba. Great customer service, very reasonable prices. They know what they're doing. Quick clean and sorted out a ringtone volume issue i was having. I was there for 10 minutes. Thanks It's Cracked. I'll be back for sure.

I made the half an hour hike down to Jimboomba and it was worth it! I loved going in and being welcomed in by Addison, a friendly guy and a professional with phone repairs. They did my I phone 7 for $100 and threw in a screen protector free of charge. I'll be recommending 'It's cracked' to all of my friends when they need any sort of phone/Ipad repairs.
