We are committed to providing a safe, warm and inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome. Learning needs to be fun. So Journey has developed an education approach that is inspiring and stimulating, filled with curiosity, wonder and joy. Ryan is one of the co-founders of Journey Early Learning and where it all began.
Here at Journey, our little explorers thrive in classrooms where everyone is of a similar age and development; where shared learning can occur and strong friendships can develop. On top of that, every Kinder Room has an experienced and Bachelor qualified, Early Childhood Teacher (ECT).
The Nursery is a calm, quiet and, above all, safe space where young children can enjoy one-on-one moments with educators, develop their connections, build trust and have all their daily care needs met.Opportunities are provided for children to explore their emerging recognition of self, with mirrors, photos and educator reinforcement.

Routines are developed to ensure consistency between the centre and the child's home. We recognise and embrace the primary role parents play in their child's life, and work collaboratively with you to ensure proper routines are developed. Because of this, we are able to create a feeling of predictability and security for your children, and with that comes a sense of belonging and connection.
This environment is designed around the toddler's emerging sense of identity. It's a space where they can feel safe and supported. We provide a variety of interesting resources that are familiar to the children, so they can experiment and make sense of their immediate world. Routines are important for developing independence, so we provide opportunities to support each child's individual needs.
The Pre-Kinder spaces ensure there are opportunities for children to interact and work together, as well as encouraging their own independent learning. We provide many familiar activities and spaces for children to explore, as well as introducing fresh and exciting problem-solving activities that will expand their knowledge through experiential play.

What a beautiful facility here at Journey Early Learning Ocean Grove. My Little Miss two has such a great time while in care, so many open ended opportunities for her to learn and play within the spaces provided. And not to mention the infant room for my Young boy, it’s never easy as a mum heading back to work but knowing he is so well cared for… and loved makes my days so much easier. Some amazing educators who always greet you with a warm smile and one amazing chef who provides the children with such amazing and wholesome meals. Could not recommend Journey enough !!
