I have been a happy client of Meridian since their early days. I remembered my first property that I bought from Meridian in Arncliffe NSW has made me big profit in about few years.
Of those, 3 years ,I didn't pay any interest apart from deposit bond funding because it was an off-the-plan purchase and 1 year after I settled on the off-the-plan purchase for a handsome profit. I wish I had bought more of those properties in Arncliffe. :)

Warren and the Meridian team have been fantastic in leading us on the journey to our first investment property. My early scepticism around the opportunities being ‘too good to be true’ were quickly allayed through meeting these guys and feedback from their clients, and they’ve made the whole process seamless from buying off plan to tenant occupation. Meridian comes with a very good package of professionals that offers naïve investor overpriced investment properties in QLD. I have purchased 2 with them and both of them sold for about 100K above market. At the time I didn't know how to search for investment properties and I deeply believe they were offering good opportunities. Be aware, make your own research... There are so many tools that can be used nowadays to check if the price is accurate. At the time I even referred friends to buy and we were trapped, 5 years passed and the units are still 100K below the actual purchased price.

My husband and I bought our first investment property under the guidance of Warren at Meridian Australia. Given that we are new to all of this, we found ourselves very overwhelmed and put off with the information that was out there!
