Pathetic customer service! I ordered uniforms for my daughter 2 months ago and I was informed of receiving a text msg when uniforms ready to be collected. 2 days to 1st day of school, no text msg so when called them to inquire about status of uniforms they say I can come and collect and only few items available for pick up and when asked why - the… answer is - they are blaming Jandakot school for giving them late orders. I told them why you take orders if you feel frustrated and incapable of fulfilling the demand? They have been very rude on phone saying it’s their closing time so

Very disappointed...ordered school jumpers 6 weeks ago and still have not received them. The only contact I have had is when I rang 2 weeks after placing my order and was told it would be another 2 weeks for the shipment to arrive. You are a uniform shop, this is your job!! and should be stocked for winter...it's not rocket science that people will want jumpers when it's cold.

The lady behind the counter was quite rude. I felt as it was not friendly at all. I went to look at the uniforms and it was like I was over stepping the boundaries of the shop. I asked for a few shirts she went out the back and went straight to the counter. I wanted to get a few more things but she just stood their staring at me as if to say hurry up.! Not happy with the service at all. (Bring back Matrix online) please Not going back !

Rude, pushy, inconsiderate staff, we are first time parents going to kindy. Told them normal children's sizes and were treated with attitude and barked at to move along. The south african lady was especially rude. Doesn't take much to be nice. Customer service goes a long way. Possibly a career change might be needed if you hate your job and people so much. If we had a choice we would definitely have gone somewhere else! Disgusted!
