No matter what brand of caravan you own, we can do your full log book service and any other servicing requirements including repairs and maintenance, wheel and brake checks, appliance testing and tuning, suspension inspection and expert caravan advice.

Staying in our caravan (not a New Age Van) through multiple Covid lockdowns till we can get back across the border into Qld, heater element in the Truma hot water failed. As a local authorised Truma repairer Brad and the crew at New Age Gippsland got us fixed up in record time. Then the tank in the Truma failed, leaking into the van. Brad got us into the workshop on the Monday before the Melbourne cup even though he was short staffed and had us back on the road in a couple of hours. Cannot thank them enough for the care an attention they gave us knowing our circumstances.

I brought a Manta Ray 18Ft Limited Edition last week and would like to thank Steve, Fran, Josh and the service team for all their help.
The customer service was fantastic and they made sure I understood everything about the caravan. Had a little problem with some wiring and was fixed up by the service team with no problems.
I live two hours away from Bairnsdale, but it was definitely worth the drive. I highly recommend anyone wishing to buy a caravan go and visit New Age Caravan Bairnsdale you won’t be disappointed of the quality of the Caravan's, but the customer service just topped it off

What a great all round professional team. The folks there were really helpful and patient with my many questions. Being a beginner to the caravan scene, the team there were very reassuring. Nothing seemed too much trouble for them. I would highly recommend New Age Caravans Gippsland to anyone thinking about buying a caravan. We purchased an OZ Classic 23E (off road setup) last year and notwithstanding that there were engineering issues with it from the factory end, John & his crew were always helpful and their response to our concerns was excellent.
This is our 3rd caravan and the after sales service on this occasion was the best we have experienced. If you are buying a New Age caravan, you can not go past the Bairnsdale dealer.
