Peter makes false promises and serves you really quickly when measuring your shower screen and of course, taking your money, but that is when the service ends.
We paid a premium to have the shower screen installed before Xmas, yet still no shower screen and 2 promised install dates have passed.
You need to chase Peter, who lives in some odd world where he thinks customer service is not delivering.
I only used him as he had promised to install before Xmas and we paid a premium. Guy is a thief and I wished I had waited for Stevens Glass who we have used before... glad I paid on credit card.

I would not do any business with them again, nor would I ever recommend them to a friend. Have been waiting for weeks for unfinished job to be completed and the invoice to be sent (payment has been made!). If you still want to go ahead, at least take this advice - never, ever pay them cash!
