I have just very recently hired the crew at ABC crane hire to lift my boat into my backyard to complete an entire refit and they were the most competitive on price and extremely flexible with what I needed to happen I just explained what I wanted to achieve and the guys explained to me how and what was the best way to go about it and how to get the outcome I was looking for they were very open and honest on what was needed to happen and were also upfront with the total cost of the job before I agreed to it. All in all very proficient and professional and I would recommend them to anyone in need

DO NOT WORK WITH THESE GUYS! They are horrendous! Service from their accounts department is shocking! We had an invoice and advised a payment date within a few days yet they continued to call and hound us despite advising when our next payment run was and then put it through to their credit watch company after the invoice had already been paid and refused to remove it which affects our business. This is now going with ACCC for review. Would not recommend them at all! Disguisting behaviour from a business. Wish I could put a zero star as they were that bad.

Boys did a good job onsite but found out after the fact that the $330 per hour has a minimun charge of 2hrs when I queried the boss as to why I paid $660 for a job that took 40mins. Whilst I understand depot to depot charges, the depot is less than 10mins away so the job took approx 1hr.
Had I been advised about the 2hr minimum charge before the job, I wouldn't be so annoyed but to find out after is very frustrating and not a transparent business model.
