We just love watching our patients walking out of our clinic pain free with healthy feet. We see that it is our job to get to the bottom of your problem so that you can get back to doing what you love. This is why, when you first come to see one of our friendly Podiatrists, we allow time to assess you, diagnose you, explain exactly what is happening and get you started on the most effective treatment plan to get you better.
We will always greet you with a warm, friendly smile! If your Podiatrist detects any additional conditions such as diabetes, tinea, nail fungus or plantar warts that need discussing your podiatrist will recommend the best product, treatment or service to ensure you the healthiest results. Oh yes, and the we nearly missed what our patients call "the best part", we rub foot smoothing cream into your feet at the end of every treatment!
Our shoes have been selected by our podiatrists for style & all day comfort and are fitted by our friendly Shoe Fit Experts to ensure you find your perfect match. If for any reason your shoes aren't comfortable, simply return them within 30 days for a full refund or credit for another pair. Just return your shoes in as-new condition with receipt, packaging and any extras they came with.
As Podiatrists we know how important it is to ensure you comfort and results. All of our podiatrists have additional training in ensuring that you are getting the best from your orthotics. Our 3D Printed orthotics are designed to be comfy, slim, light weight and move easily between your shoes. They are exclusive to our clinic!
Our fees are transparent, if there is ever a product/service required in addition to your standard appointment fee, your podiatrist will always let you know and seek your approval before proceeding. We have Hicaps facilities for fast health fund claims on the spot and Medicare rebates can be directly refunded back onto your debit card.
