I've bought from Choosy a couple times even attended one of their events a few months before COVID and its really a hit or miss. The Crosby Dress was a good purchase but it is very short. However, I also have the Spring St, dress same size and the length is way more appropriate and great. I have three different pairs of bottoms, and at first I loved the Parisian pants but the quality is subpar. They don't last long and I only wore them 3 times before they started to deteriorate. Cute clothes, good quality. I really like site and the pants I got previously. But it takes forever to get a return address. It’s been a week and I am still waiting after several back and forth emails with the customer service person. It’s pretty unbelievable cause I am paying for the return shipping. Might need a little training over there..

Great clothing, however I made a large purchase online and there is no working phone number or valid email address to contact them in order to rectify the situation.

If you haven't shopped at Choosy, I don't know what you're waiting for! Not only are their product drops on trend, but the quality of their clothing is amazing, sizing is true, and the price is affordable for what you're getting. In addition to the product, I love the UX on their site. All details are provided in a very clear and easy-to-read format. I also really appreciate that for some of their product photos, they have women with different shapes modeling the product so you have a better sense of how a piece will suit your body type.

Purchased the OG Bae Dress and it's so beautiful! The Choosy social and customer service teams were so kind in assisting me to find the right size. I also got a phone call from their team asking to review their customer service and the garment itself; the girl on the phone was so sweet and sent a gift code for my next purchase. Ended up wearing my OG Bae Dress to SS19 NYFW and got SO many compliments! Love love love!

First of all, I never write reviews but I felt like I needed to for this. I am always weary of random online shops that seem too good to be true, and Choosy fell under that category for me. But BOY WAS I WRONG! I figured I'd give it a go because the top I ordered was only $29 with free shipping, so if the quality turned out crappy I wasn't down much. My order arrived in this cute pink metallic packaging that caught my eye, then when I opened it the top was packaged in a ziplock/airsealed bag which was awesome as well.
