Very happy with our new security screens. Margaret was fantastic to deal with and made the process easy from the get go. I had received quotes from several other companies and they were twice as much and they didn't seem to understand exactly what we were after. Margaret explained everything and even ensured I had a place reserved for install prior to Christmas which was appreciated as I had just had a baby and was a bit all over the place with getting things organised! New screens are installed and they look great and very happy with the quality. Would not hesitate to recommend, thank you

Was a pleasure dealing with the team the whole way through. Prompt to come out and quote for new fly screens, reasonable priced, and were able to install just over a week later. Installer also had the integrity to call out, while he was installing, that there were some imperfections in the mesh, and was able to get back to the factory, replace the mesh, and return to finish the install before the day was over. Would highly recommend.

Had two different types of screen installed (traditional and Formosa) and due to a miss measure and an out of square door frame, required two visits to install and get right. End result we are very happy with, the installer had a high attention to detail and made sure everything was aligned and tracked well. Colour matches our existing frame and blends in well, and the Formosa sceen is so good, nearly invisible when retracted. Customer service was a pleasure to deal with at every stage from quote, measure and install. I would buy again if I need any other screens.

Excellent customer service from everyone we dealt with - from the office staff, the person who came to quote and the person who installed the door. Always arrived on time and polite and friendly.
The price was very reasonable, the door is perfect and the self closing water weight is marvellous.
It was seamless from start to finish and so quick from initial contact to quote to install and we honestly couldn’t be more impressed.
It’s so nice to deal with a company that get it right in every aspect and put the customer at the forefront
