Complete Balloon Decorating has been located at 174 Buckley Street, Essendon for almost thirteen years. Prior to this we worked alongside Complete Event Services for over ten years designing and decorating for both private and corporate events. As well as specialising in balloon decor our showroom carries an extensive range of party goods and supplies.

While specialising in Qualatex balloons we also carry a vast range of Anagram foils for every occasion. Our other ranges include Paper Eskimo, Ginger Ray, Paper Art, Amscan, Z & S Star, Beistle, Fun House, Tinco and Max Elliott Collections enabling us to offer a full range of disposable party supplies and themed party goods.

Gave a quote in-store which rose by 50% when we called. Were told to come in to get an attachment checked by them this Saturday - called to confirm and they had given away our date - and not especially politely my fiance tells me. You'd think that given the mis-quote they'd think twice before double -booking. Fiance in tears, decor plan for wedding now needs changing. Really not happy.

Thank you for delivering the balloons so promptly for my Daughter's wedding at Hutton Hall on the 26th May. They were as I requested, but disappointed in the personalised ones should have been written with navy glitter as requested, their names were just written on with a pen. It was very feint and you could hardly read it. Shame

Balloon Decor are brilliant. They decorated the hall & surroundings at our wedding venue The Old Rectory in Brentwood, Essex with our colours of Yellow, Orange & Ivory back in May 2017. Very professional - no fuss, no hassle, good advice & expertise given. Would definitely recommend.
