Services
Osteopaths focus on your musculoskeletal system, which includes the bones, muscles, nerves and other tissues that support the body and allow it to move. You can see an Osteopath when you experience problems like neck or back pain, sciatica, postural issues, sports injuries, headaches and tendon problems.
Osteopathic treatment is a manual and educative approach to pain management for musculoskeletal conditions, like joint sprains and arthritis. Osteopathic philosophy works on the premise that the body has self-healing and self-regulating abilities that enable it to maintain balance or homeostasis. Treatment is aimed at reducing pain, restoring function and removing any mechanical imbalances (restrictions) preventing the body from healing itself.
