From their web site to ordering over the phone with Jeff, to the delivery team, just a great experience. Even during lockdown these guys were awesome to deal with.
I went with. 3000L colorbond steel tank in Monument and am thrilled with it. Looks to be very well built and I’m glad I went the extra dollars to go steel over poly (I have other poly tanks).
Now patiently waiting for a big down pour of rain :-)

Jeff and Bailey are amazing to deal with! Even in these tuff times they made purchasing a replacement rain water pump really simple. Jeff looked at my old unit, asked me a few questions on how i use it and i had a new one within 10 minutes. Even all the connections remained the same so I could swap it out myself

I actually ordered a tank with another company. The failed to deliver and then had hard time getting my money back. I called oz tanks and got Jeff he arranged a tank with a delivery date given on the day. All exactly as he said. Peter the delivery driver was excellent. Highly recommended. Thankyou guys fantastic service.

Do not trust Jeff. Make secure you communicate by e-mail. I ordered one tank and I paid it in full.
He rang me on a Thursday saying that my tank was arrived. I chosen to pick that up and drove to the warehouse on Saturday. I rang him before a l left my place to let him know that I was going to collect my tank. It took me more than one hour drive to get there, tall fees, and when I arrived my tank wasn't there. Jeff reng me instead of an other client and he blamed me that I missed understood the call on Thursday. He told me that I should have read the e-mail.
No apology, no sign that he was still
