A detox diet may be for you. At Renew Natural Health we offer you a simple 3 week detox plan that can help you regain your zest for life! Just think, 3 weeks to feeling healthy, vital and full of energy! You will look and feel great! The program is easy to follow, no fasting is required, and healthy snacks are encouraged in between meals.
I have been a massage therapist since 1991, and naturopath since 1995, and have a long interest in health and healing. After establishing my business in 1996, I have continued my mission to help people achieve their optimum health. I completed my studies at the Southern School of Natural Therapies which included over 3000 hours of training in health sciences, herbal medicine, nutrition and clinical diagnosis.
