In 1984, Southern Australian Livestock Pty Ltd was established with the charter of selling livestock, wool and associated rural services in the south east of South Australia. During the late 1990's, SAL Real Estate was established as a strong Mount Gambier brand and has gone from strength to strength spreading across the South East of South Australia.

The SAL business is part of the extensive Nutrien Ag Solutions network and has been an important part of that network servicing the clients of South East SA. The amalgamation of the two companies has made the operation one of the largest livestock agency businesses in South Australia. With 28 livestock representatives on the ground, SAL services more than 3,000 clients across the state.
Southern Australian Livestock Pty Ltd are considered one of the leaders in the field of conducting Auction Clearing Sales. Over the past 30 years we have conducted auction sales from general household furniture to antique and collectable auctions - sales of broadacre irrigation and dryland cropping plant and machinery.

I am not one to write many reviews but I am quite angry.
SAL might be great for the owner of the property but when your a tenant and a really good tenant there is nothing in it for you.
We lived in a property for 12 months, when moving in there was still cob webs, lots of dust, marks on the walls and lots of general cleaning to still be done. I listed this on the sheets to hand back once completing my checks.
We lived 12 months with a broken bedroom window that had a crack in it and our back door was broken on the bottom hinge when moving in and not once did we mention or ask for it to be fixed
