Well.......it began with a pre purchase inspection. And all went well. I was later offered a special price for spraying inside and out. All sounds pretty good. The pest spray was booked.
On the day of the spray it rained, so only the inside was done. Fair enough.
2 days after the outside was sprayed I received an email requesting payment of the invoice. I found this rude as the job had only just been completed.
When they returned about 3 weeks later to spray the outside, I mentioned the inside spider issue which included spiders found in my bed, and was told that they would be coming out of

Had my house sprayed inside & out by these guys in August 2020 for the 1st time. Service was great. I asked the man who was spraying the house at the time what happens if The bugs start coming back before it is due to be sprayed again (which is usually yearly). He told me just to give them a call and they would come back and respray.

The team at the Pestman QLD are wonderful, I have been acquiring their services for a few years now and its so reassuring to know our house is in safe hands. They have given me valuable advice which we've always completed to ensure the longevity of a historic property in Toowoomba. Things are done properly, corners are not cut and they take pride in everything they do and this is team wide. I wouldn't go with anyone else!

We recently had The Pestman Qld out to our property to help with the plague of mice that is hitting the downs and their knowledge and information that was provided was second to none. We knew exactly what they were going to be doing and they even explained how it worked. Since having the rodent boxes installed we have reduced the number of mice considerably. Ok so was a bit hesitant when picking my pest person to do my pest I didn't really look at any reviews I just went with my instinct they were number for down the list..they did a good job he was very thorough and explained things perfectly to me in a language I could understand.
