The Thermic is of a "D" type water tube design, conservatively designed tube layouts, coupled with a large top drum, provide superior natural circulation and operational characteristics. We insist on thorough, detailed inspections by external inspectors on every unit we build to comply with applicable codes.
Thermic's range of boilers employ a well tried and proven design concept based on the reverse flame combustion technology pioneered in hot water boilers by Thermic. This reverse flame combustion method provides an economical and highly efficient three pass gas flow system. The design incorporates a large pressurised combustion chamber allowing the first two passes of gas to be made in the combustion chamber itself.
Designed using the latest thermal and technological principles, the OPTI boiler offers unique performance characteristics that comply with the most recent and stringent environmental requirements. The OPTI fire-tube boilers are of the 3-pass wetback design, suitable for back-pressure combustion of oil and/or gas or biogas.
