Cost $846 for electrical problem which they reckoned they had fixed.
I had paid enough to them for nothing. Had my veh towed from Albury to Melbourne and problem found straight away. Contacted Arkon to tell them I was very unhappy but were not interested to return the call. Would never recommend them VERY disappointed 29.8.20 They replied they very happy that I found someone else to fix my car. WOW!!! I'M glad I found someone that knew what they were doing, and fixed my car. Were they also very happy that I parted with $846 for nothing? I'm sure they are!! The reply from them apparently admits

I rang to find a time to have my a/c looked at, knowing that it would not be a half hour job. Eric suggested I bring it in that day, just so it could be analysed. Well, they actually worked on it for a couple of hours, even though they were busy.
We are still not sure it has been fixed, but it is blowing cold air for now and if the dye leaks, they will then have a better idea what the issue is.
I just need to say I consider that to be fantastic service and I am very thankful.
