Today I got the ring of my dreams!!! We went to the Michael Arthur Diamonds with all my engagement, wedding and eternity rings from the 80s. Michael created the most stunning ring from them. He is so incredibly talented. The staff are all just amazing. Over the course of the time to design, model and create the ring, we have dealt with several. The enthusiasm and excitement shown to us was so genuine and helped to make the whole process so very special. I cannot thank you enough for making this such a great experience and for a beautiful ring which I can now wear & treasure for years to come.

I had been looking long and far for months for the perfect ring for my now fiancé. I was told to check the Michael Arthur Diamonds out from a friend and I was blown away. The staff were very engaged, and definitely cared and took everything that I wanted into account. I phoned up first thing in the morning, and had purchased the perfect ring by 12:00pm! Myself and my partner went to Michael Arthur to pick the ring out together, and dealt with Gabrielle.
Her knowledge was exceptional and took time to educate us about the different metals and characteristics of the diamonds.

We picked our engagement ring from Michael Arthur this week and we're absolutely delighted with it. Michael really knows his stuff and we found him to be great to deal with. He doesn't waste any time in giving you the facts you need but is also so friendly and puts you at ease as soon as you meet. Our experience with Ella at Michael Arthur Diamonds has been fantastic. We read all the great reviews and got in touch. We booked a zoom appointment and from the get go we received a professional and personal experience from her. She was able to listen and educate us on the world of rings and diamonds. We didn't know what to expect with only an online consultation however she was able to show us diamonds in real time and this helped in seeing the size and quality right infront of us, This was not something other jewellers had offered. Michael and his team are truly remarkable and run an amazing business. The quality of their jewellery and diamonds is outstanding.
