Services
Naracoorte Cottages is a non-hosted Bed & Breakfast accommodation provider in Naracoorte-part of the spectacular Limestone Coast region of South Australia. A home away from home. Non-hosted means no host is living at our houses - either under the same roof or next door. When you book with Naracoorte Cottages, we provide a key and a welcome letter with the names and phone numbers of our housekeepers, who live in Naracoorte.

Our closest B&B house to the town centre, Smith Street Villa is a 1910 freestone villa of generous proportions. For 25 years, it's proved very popular with guests who like to be only a short walk from shops and services, especially coffee, breaky and burgers at McDonald's, pizza at Naracoorte Pizza House, and fish and chips at Showgrounds Cafe.
The ideal "refresh and relax" destination for up to four couples, MacDonnell House is in the heart of Naracoorte. It's also very appealing to singles and corporate guests. The 1930s local stone bungalow, with a 21st-century interior makeover, has four bedrooms - one king and three queen - and three bathrooms.
The house on a hillside, Limestone View sits in a quiet location overlooking the town centre. From the front balcony, you can start the barbecue, open a bottle of wine, relax and get a panoramic view of the shops, public buildings and churches. It's a short walk to Lions Pioneer Park with a historic locomotive for the kids to play on.

We stayed in Pinkerton and Limestone on our way to and from Adelaide to Melbourne. Both cottages were clean and comfortable with all the provisions you need for a home away from home. Highly recommend a stay and communication with Richard was great.

Amazing accommodation. Very comfortable and cosy place to stay. I was very happy and impressed by how thoughtful the owner is and caring for the guests. Everything is provided (breakfast, washing machine, clothes dryer, induction cooker, dishwasher etc) that helps us to have a relaxing and hassle free holiday. The place is also super clean.
