We manage all aspects of the project or property development from sourcing the site or project, managing the design team and consultants to managing construction team and suppliers.
An expression of interest is sought for the purchase of the proposed turnkey development as a total package at 19 Pioneer Road Centennial Park Albany WA. The construction method will be a brick veneer wall construction, concrete floor, timber roof structure, aluminium widow frames and Colorbond roof sheeting.
The Albany Waterfront Project is set to deliver environmental, community and economic benefits to the region. Princess Royal Harbour, a stunning natural harbour found within the heart of Albany, is set to become a significant hub of activity for locals and tourists alike. A world-class waterfront development will transform the undeveloped foreshore into a highly desired location which brings together the town centre and marina bay area.
Within the Parkland Estate of McKail, Albany, this greenfield lot presented an opportunity to provide a residential subdivision within a fast growing suburb. Realforce created 30 residential lots through the development and subdivision of the land, and subsequently building, marketing and selling a series of house and land packages.
Situated by Princess Royal Harbour and Albany's premier $70 million entertainment centre, the Due South Tavern presented an opportunity to develop a landmark project within an Albany tourism hotspot. Due to its seaside location, the design and build of the project was required to meet a set of stringent local council rules and regulations, and presented a public and reputational risk if mismanaged in its construction.
