So disappointed, just picked up my second hand car during COVID lock down, unable to test drive or inspect before pickup so I would have expected full disclosure of any damage to the vehicle before we arrived, when we questioned the car salesman (Brendan) about not informing us of any damage or being able to see any in the photos posted on their site he was so rude and very dismissive, We will keep the car but we will be informing everyone and anyone of their misleading ways and would definitely not deal with them again.

Stoked to have our new car but was a pretty disappointing experience that was all compounded at time of pick up. Poor communication between Dealer and myself and my partner, advised that aftermarket sales would contact us regarding accessories, this never happened. Pick up of new vehicle experience was poor. Massive slap in the face seeing vehicles with congratulations signs and bows on them ready for delivery yet ours was outside to jump in just go as a result of only one sales team member working on the Saturday morning of pick up. Great to have the car but poor sales experience

Bought a used car and paid full price as was told price was non negotiable. Car was advertised as 48291kms. Asked before I did the hour drive up if it had full log books. Was told it did. When I got there, I discovered it only had partial log books. Still, I liked the car so purchased it. When my wife drove it home she informed me that car had done over 52500kms. Rang up salesman. He said it was an honest mistake & said he would cop it on the chin. When I asked for remuneration was told there would be none forth coming. I will give this dealership a miss.

I would be very careful dealing with this Toyota dealership, they have a very poor work ethic. Payed deposit on vehicle organised to pickup 29/6 then at the last minute have been informed the deal has been pulled. Then they relisted vehicle $5000 dollars more than the advertised price when I made the deal. Toyota should be very ashamed to have these people holding one of there dealership. Dealer Principle , Gerry made sure I could not contact him, after many attempts. PLEASE BE WARNED, I would also refer to the other reviews on the Dealership
