I was a fan of Rodney and Nuch for many years, but now I find them to be very unprofessional in their dealings. I booked 3 cruises, a USA holiday and flights etc. I HAVE recieved refunds for all but 2 cruises. They have told me that have received my refund totalling around $8000 from Carnival Cruises, then they say they have not, then they say they have, but no paperwork. Rodney phoned me yesterday and abused me. I have now received information from Carnival Cruise line informing me they have refunded my money to Travel Central, but they refuse to refund me. This is my money, why is it in their

I have now had my refund processed. So what is my honest opinion of Travel Central? It has not changed. Booking was so easy. Nuch contacted me a few times to updated me with the progress of the refund. I can honestly say that despite the cancellation due to covid, it has been a pleasure dealing with Nuch and Rodney and I will definately book through them again.

The lovely folk at Travel Central have been providing top quality holidays for my family and parents for the past 25 years
They have organised cruises, airplane tickets, car hire and hotels amongst other things and we have never been able to fault them.
Even with the Covid crisis they we’re able to assist in organising a wonderful trip to central NSW with hotels and excursions sorted with no fuss.
Certainly the Covid thing has caused some grief and upset for some people but when you deal with a company for as long as I have you know they have your personal interests at heart the whole way

My wife and I have always been travellers and it has taken a long time to find a Travel Agency and Team as good as Rodney and Nuch. We have been with them now for nearly four years. I don't know how they do it but the crew of Travel Central are continually the best.. For price they are rarely beaten but their friendly and efficiency is never beaten. Having dealt with there for the last 10 or so cruises and currently 7 more booked they will remain to be my preferred travel agent. Simply the best..
