Terrible services with incompetent sales and boat booking people who screwed up our event schedule, costing us ten thousand dollars more for their mistakes.
I do not recommend anyone to use this company.
I guess this Sydney Harbour Escapes is a two people company: (1) boat booking lady and (1) salesman.
1. Once we made a deposit, their booking lady didn't care about our requirements anymore. I called and emailed her our booking date many times, and it still took her 2 weeks to respond that boat wasn't available. I had to contact the boat operator to check its availability myself, and it was

We organised this day trip for 28 friends and family members. Sydney Harbour Escapes were helpful and friendly, and made the booking straightforward. Our catamaran Hestia arrived promptly and once on board the captain and first mate gave an informative safety briefing and made suggestions on some of the best spots to swim at. They also helped with the barbecuing of the food we had brought. We spent time in the water at both Camp Cove Beach and Chowder Bay. On our way back into Rose Bay, we sailed into Sydney Harbour for a fantastic view of the Harbour Bridge and Opera House. We spent five hours

Big thanks to Captain on a fantastic day with the highlight watching the start of the race. Staff were friendly and fun, and very organised. The whole trip went smoothly, a swim in a lovely bay, lunch (cooked on the bbq), off to a great spot for the start, then a relaxed return looking at the sights of the harbour. Everyone of the friends and family on board agreed it was a great day. The boat trip itself was fantastic, the booking office left a bit to be desired in terms of advice on which of the myriad wharves to use for the pick up and responding to calls and emails.

I organised the beautiful state of the art boat for my sister's hens party last weekend with Ayushi. Ayushi was so lovely, helpful and prompt with her responses, great communicator and organiser. The crew on the boat, Adam, Sophia and Lisa were so lovely and made our day so much fun! Overall, I could not fault the boat, the crew or Sydney Harbour Escapes, I would highly recommend, and will definitely want to use them again in the future for another special event :) Thank you so much for everything :)
