To date there has been no job too big nor too small for them to complete. A very professional company and very happy to recommend.

A pathetic company.
I had my commercial refrigerator leaking and after 4 charged visits their inexperienced technicians, were still unable to resolve the issue. Most of their engineers are untrained. They offer no service guarantee and have little knowledge of their trade.
I ended up paying $500 for a fault they were unable to fix . On top of it they are arrogant and bill you at their terms and conditions without clarifying the payment terms
Do not recommend doing business with them ever .
Highly frustrated with dealing with them . You end up paying and having your instruments tampered with

Scott and the team at Matterhorn refrigeration, Have been servicing all our refrigeration needs at the Adelphi hotel for the past 4 years. There service and knowledge is second to none. All of the technicians that attend site are very professional and know there stuff. The communication between my self and the team at matterhorne is always open and they are always willing to explain to me what has gone wrong and how they are going to rectify the issue.
I would highly recommend them to anyone in the need of a refrigeration issues sorted.

I have used Matterhorn on numerous occasions for refrigeration projects and always found them to be professional and efficient. They only install quality equipment and provide honest expert advice. They have a very friendly and experienced team with many refrigeration mechanics. I would highly recommend them for anyone else who wants a quality job done once and on time.
