Accommodation Report

Perfect for smaller families, our pet friendly standard cabins provide a cosy place to stay. Ensuite sites with spacious units with large showers, soft gradient ramps and/or steps, concrete slabs for awnings.

3 Bedroom Deluxe Cabin Report

Perfect for families or groups, our 3 bedroom cabins provide a cosy place to stay. The main bedroom features a Queen bed and the second and third bedrooms have one set of bunks in each room with commercial innerspring mattresses. Take advantage of a fully equipped kitchen for those home cooked meals.

Ensuite Drive-through Sites Report

Add a little extra comfort to your stay with an ensuite site. Park your van right next door to your private ensuite with spacious shower, toilet and hand basin. All of our ensuites include sullage, connection for water and power and are pet friendly. Our ensuite sites are drive through with a concrete slab and chains for tie down on your awning.

This caravan park does not look like much. It has a lot of cabins and houses a lot of workers. We were fortunate with a drive-through van site down the back with a new ensuite facility which was clean. We had a concrete pad, and the price was reasonable and the owners were very helpful.

I stayed here for 3 months and Ray and Joan were great hosts. Our cabin was perfect and was fully equipped with everything we needed. Great location very near Mooroopna and Shepparton. Lovely quite campsite with a Cafe at the enterence. Highly recommend a stay at Acacia Gardens Caravan Park!

Ray and June were excellent hosts. They were really accommodating for all of our needs. Really cheap accommodation at $35 a night. We stayed for three weeks and received loads of help from Ray and June. Would recommend staying here.

A lovely quiet country style park. The owners ,Ray and Joan are very friendly and on hand to have a chat and help with anything you need. The cafe out the front has hot food and basic supplies but it's the beautiful ensuite sites that impressed us. There are a lot of cabins to choose from too.

Cheap rates ($30 a night), each site has it's own private ensuite facilities which were perfectly clean, and the power is included. The pool is large enough but not well looked after though, and the park backs onto a lot full of old rusted equipment which is a bit of an eyesore

Nothing was too much trouble for our hosts. They are wonderful knowledgeable and friendly people. Great evening meal cooked from the cafe, our family cabins were neat,clean and spacious. Kids loved the play equipment and pool.

Very friendly and helpful staff, great facilities within the cabins.
Stayed here on 3 occasions in 3 different cabins and all had great cooking equipment, comfy beds and nice showers.
Highly recommend for a pleasant stay . Good vibes.
