Anxiety can be part of normal childhood development. In most cases, anxiety in children does not lead to significant negative impacts, and most children "grow out of it". For example, pre-schoolers often show a fear of the dark and of being on their own. School-aged children may demonstrate fears of the supernatural, physical harm, social situations, or tests.
Bullying occurs when children are being mean to another child or group of children repetitively. This differs from not getting along or disagreeing with someone; bullying is nasty behaviour that happens over and over again. Bullying can happen face-to-face or online (cyber-bullying) and can be physically and/or emotionally hurtful for children.
A specific phobia is an irrational fear of a particular thing or a particular situation. Common fears in childhood include thunderstorms, dogs, spiders, darkness, needles, heights, elevators and enclosed spaces, or costumed characters like clowns.

Exposure to these situations/objects typically results in an excessive anxiety response that is deemed age-inappropriate (e.g., screaming, crying, clinging), with physical symptoms (e.g., increased heart rate, sweating, shortness of breath, stomach discomfort, sweating), and avoidance of the feared situation/object.Like many childhood anxieties, children often grow out of these fears.
Generalised Anxiety Disorder or 'GAD' is excessive and uncontrollable worry about a variety of events, and is often accompanied by physical symptoms of anxiety such as stomach aches, restlessness, muscle tension, pounding heart, and headaches. Children and adolescents with generalized anxiety tend to worry about a variety of issues, and worry more intensely and more often than same-aged peers.

Not supported with my dietary food intolerance. Ended up putting on so much weight with bloating and inflammation. Became so food focused and anxious. I wasn't underweight or overweight to start with. I had about 4 to 5 appointments, stopping due to the above mentioned. I don't believe that you can eat any type of food you like and not suffer health consequences. I'd rather eat lower carb real food. Updated - 04/08/19: I became insulin resistant as a result of eating 6 times a day and carbs with all meals as recommended by this practice.
