We started down the SMSF path about 10 years ago with a previous financial adviser/planner, and I always felt that we were being led a merry dance. He always seemed to be wanting to sell me something, and the only regular correspondence I got from him, was my regular invoice.
After a bit of this, I was recommended to speak with Muirfields, and I haven’t looked back.
Muirfields is a great community minded organisation and their staff are always friendly, confident and above all, nothing is a trouble to them.

Thanks to the wonderful Team at Muirfield who have helped me enormously in my transition to Retirement. In particular : Chris Simm, Sam Gall and Courtney Wassell. Chris and Sam have guided me through the world of Superannuation and have endless patience explaining it and answering my many questions. Along this journey we have shared many laughs too. My brother and I consulted MFS when mum needed to go into Aged Care. Do we sell her home, or keep it and rent it out? Melinda laid it all out in clear terms, comparing both options with all the figures on a whiteboard. Her knowledge in this area is extensive and most importantly, up to date. Our best option became obvious.
