Outstanding customer service from Lachlan! He is a superstar and by far the best person we have ever dealt with in buying anything. Other builders were so quick to dismiss our efforts and only seemed like they just wanted a quick sell, but Lachlan has always been so patient and has taken on board everything we've asked. He is knowledgeable, understanding and passionate, and has given us advice and support far beyond what his role is to do. It was such a pleasure to meet Jane Cheong from Dulger Homes. We are at the very initial stage of building our house but we enjoyed going through the initial process as even when we were stressed, Jane was incredibly patient and reassuring every time.

We are currently building 9 houses with Dulger homes. They have been absolutely amazing to deal with. Everything is extremely well managed and so the build is going so smoothly. They have been professional the whole way. The build quality is fantastic and they have been honest and reliable the whole time. No tension, no stress and no surprises. Couldn't be happier.
