Craig is absolutely amazing to deal with. Up front and honest which is what we love. Craig had called me the next day after meeting for a follow up, so we appointed him immediately to sell our house, which he did in record time. Highly recommend Webster Real estate. We recently rented a property through Websters for over 3 years. Honestly our experience dealing with them was pretty dismal on all fronts. We paid rent on time every month and asked for nothing as tenants but the service we received when it came to basic maintenance issues broken air conditioning systems etc was as good as non existent. Mostly many phone calls and messages left on the office answering machine. Occasionally if you were lucky enough to speak to an actual person they were rude and argumentative mostly going by our experience. Seemingly determined to undermine or deny whatever request

I have been lucky enough to have been renting a property through Webster Real Estate for the past 12 months. Dealing with Craig Webster (Director) and Jade Lawrence (Property Manager) has been an absolute pleasure. I love the small business feel and that nothing is ever to much trouble.
