For the price, the boat was good, no complaints really. We got no fish, but threw a few pots in and got a feed of sand crabs. Made us happy. The licensed operator outlined on the contract is the responsible party for all aspects of the operation and safety of the boat and all its occupants. All smooth and partially smooth waters as determined by the Qld Government Maritime Safety Dept and published in the Recreational Safety Handbook.
