As a young girl growing up in Madrid, my abuela (grandmother) taught me how to make the traditional family paella, passed down from mother to daughters and granddaughters for generations. Love brought me to Australia when I met my husband Joe whilst travelling overseas, and now I bring authentic Spanish paellas to catering events throughout Melbourne and wider Victoria.

We offer three options for our customers to choose from; you can either have Elena, Joe and staff prepare only paella, or choose our complete three course option, or our home delivery service. All prepared with market fresh ingredients; Capsicum, Onion, Garlic, Paella Rice, Herbs and Spices, Green Olives with the all-important Spanish Saffron, Olive Oil and Tomatoes, all go in to complete our flavoursome dishes.

From tuna and tomato empanadas, to calamare, chorizo bread pockets, Spanish pisto, and flamenco eggs; Elena's Paella will whip up a mouth-watering feast that caters to all dietary requirements and ensures no one is left hungry.
Immerse yourself in the authentic flavours of Spanish beers, wines, ciders and sangria sourced directly from Spain. We have designed a mobile cocktail bar experience, which includes everything you need. We provide a mobile bar, glassware, staff, and all the other little bits and pieces that you really don't need to think about!.

We were lucky enough to be recommended to Elena's Paella by some friends of ours who were so happy with them and I am so glad that we booked them for my North of 40 party. Joe arrived and set the Marquee and the Paella cooking area up with a minimum of us and it all looked fantastic! We had 55 adults and they all raved about the presentation and quality of the food. Joe and Julie were a delight at the party cooking and working tirelessly behind the scenes to bring us an array of delicious food and they cleaned up! Really bad ,rubbery, oily ,pale churros served with burnt chocolate dipping sauce. I threw the whole lot out for my daughters 21ST. I was embarrased to serve them. I spent $200 for rubbish. The chef didnt even acknowledge my dissappointment. He believed that I was making it all up. I dont know how they can sell them .I dont advise this company to anyone.
