We were happy with the caravan until it came to a few warranty issue's, when we bought it we were told it warranty issue's would be fixed by our local dealer were we bought it, after dropping it off at our local dealer to have the issues fixed we got a phone call from Melbourne fantasy saying it would have to go there to be fixed and our dealer would tow it there and bring it back, I was also told that this would make repairing it faster and that I would recieve a phone call to update me on its return date and it would be back in a couple of weeks, when I had not heard from them in three weeks

Was happy with my Fantasy Caravan until a number of minor and major safety warranty claims surfaced. some brought to their attention less than 7 days after recieving my van. Promised everthing would be fixed in writing which three minor items were and now refuse to cooperate or respond to phone calls, emails or messages. I wish i saved my hard earned money and purchased a caravan elsewhere.

We purchased this van dec 3 took it home and first used it dec 26.on first day hot water chucked it in so after NOT getting one cup of hot water had no hot water for the rest of trip ,which went for 7 days. Next the fan on fridge stopped and had to be replaced on third day then fridge wouldn't get cold on the 4th day the tap on the sink leaked through van and to top it off had trouble insuring it .once we got back contracted fantasy vans and to this day 3rd of march still have not been able to get it fixed .we wanted to use it this weekend but it would seem it is still in getting repaired....Not

After discussing my issue with a couple of sales staff members, who basically just kept passing on my concerns as out of their scope of handling, I asked to speak to the owner, William. It's been over a month since I first reached out, I have now been waiting for a phone call since last week. I have no idea what the quality of the actual product is but based on my customer service experience, I would seriously consider a more professional company to purchase your caravan from.
