Charlie did a really thorough job and was extremely pleasant and professional. He called a few days before to confirm details of the job. Arrived right on time, and gave consideration to protecting skirting boards and paintwork. The cleaning job is great - sofa upholstery and carpets are all looking fab including removal of a couple of pet stains. Charlie gave honest opinions about what could be achieved and then met those expectations. I would definitely recommend Purity

Charlie cleaned our King Lounge to perfection - so we decided to have a carpet clean a few weeks later. Charlie has been to us twice, once to clean our couches which he brought up like new, and he scotch guarded our dining chairs at the same time. The second time he spot cleaned our new carpet to remove grease spots. He did a brilliant job, leaving no sign of the grease and no marks at all on the carpet. We highly recommend him and Purity Carpets.

Charlie helped us clean a water stain out of our couch, and we could not be happier with his expertise and service! He was super friendly, knowledgeable, and helped us understand how to prevent similar stains in the future. He went above and beyond for us and even explained the chemical compounds of our home products and how they would’ve affected the stain when we tried to get it out ourselves.

I’ve used Purity Carpet Cleaning for the past three years for all carpeted areas and have always been delighted by the result. Charlie is a perfectionist who does an outstanding job. This year Charlie also cleaned my high traffic tiled areas which came up beautifully. Purity are an essential part of our home maintenance.
