Please stay away from this bunch, absolutely shocking and pathetic customer service. Our money is stuck with them and the service we are receiving is lousy and rude. The guy “andrew” talks to you like you are a 5 year old kid who doesn’t know anything. No reply to emails and have to follow up with calls. Don’t waste your money!!!!

My friend and I booked a trip via Groupon to Thailand in 2020. However due to covid and the situation here in Melbourne being locked down for months on end, we obviously never got to go on this trip. We have made numerous contacts with the the company and have every single time spoken to a man by the name of Andrew, not sure if he’s the only person working in this company as every time we’ve asked to escalate, he just takes the call anyway. Andrew has advised us that he is unable to refund the money as the hotel and airlines are holding them. Little

Was super skeptical due to all the reviews on Google.
Communication was sparse and pretty tragic which made me quite anxious and the actual time it took them to book our flights and accommodation was quite poor BUT once we put a bit of pressure on them to book everything - everything was booked and everything worked out quite well, I followed up with accommodation just to make sure it was all booked and no issues.
However, had I not gone into my flights and changed to contact details and email to my own as they were still under the agent, we wouldn't

I also (like someone else has already said in their review) booked a trip to Thailand (pre-COVID) totalling over $4,000. The trip was cancelled due to COVID restrictions and the company won’t refund. They offered Australian trips at one point but only allowed max of $250 per person to be used for travel, so you had to pay much extra to use your credit. I refuse to spend any more money with this company! They become non-responsive and won’t answer emails. When my husband called instead they answered his call but still wouldn’t refund. They wouldn’t even give me evidence of cancellation so

I have been dealing with Great Pacific Travels from last 5 years and have always got excellent services and value for money holidays. Apart from International holidays I have booked many domestic holidays too and I am a happy customer. Our international trip booked last year is on hold due to Covid and I have full trust on Great Pacific Travels and waiting for international holidays to resume again and rebook my trip.

I made a pre covid (02/2020) international booking worth $4000. The trip was cancelled due to covid restrictions and since then Great Pacific Travels has refused any refund even though they would have only incurred minimal expenses on my booking as it was cancel shortly after the booking was made and they have not yet bought the included flights tickets. If they had, I would be entitled to the flight component at least . But they simply refuse any refund - avoid this company

We had a wonderful getaway.
The staff at Bay Village resort are the best. Nothing was too much trouble.
I have a mobility scooter and often have trouble with getting around.
Everyone did a wonderful job of making me feel like I was a normal person not a hazard as I have been treated at other places.
We definitely want to go back and stay at the same gorgeous resort.
