Chris really looked after me with the rexton i bought. it had a faulty temp gauge so i thought it was overheating.. he towed it back organiserd repair which was costly and went out of his way to help me.. the car is going strong. it was not an overheat problem. just a gauge. thanks hyon.

Couldn't find an engine anywhere in this lockdown, had one put in in 7 days with car picked up and bought back as I had no transport. This engine failed unfortunately after 10 days, Chris looked after me by immediately sending a tow truck over 2 hours away with a car for me to use while my car is looked into. 🤞 never felt this looked after, as need a car for my job.

Chris put in a reconditioned engine in my kia proceed gt and runs so smoothly now, he even organised someone to pick me up from werribee as I had no lift to my car. When I got to Hyon my car had also been detailed inside and out free of charge. Highly recommend and a genuine bloke

After a horrendous experience with a previous dealership, we turned to Hyon Motors and were immediately greeted by the fabulous Allan who took the time to hear us out and from the get go was empathetic and supportive, accomodating my daughter and I and ensuring we were purchasing a suitable vehicle. He did not pressure us with the usual sales pitch you hear from sales people, but rather took the time to sit down with us answering all of our questions and even reduced the price of the vehicle which was already reasonably priced. I can't thank Chris at Hyon enough for the service I received when faced with a massive headache.
My Hyundai Tucson engine died and I trusted another wrecker to source and install a new engine, what a nightmare that was. After 2 months of broken promises from my initial "trusted" wrecker I turned to Chris and his team.
Immediately Chris assured me I don't have to worry now, I was hesitant given the 2 months I'd endured, but Chris was spot on.

Great customer service. My mechanic had been struggling to find the necessary parts (a door and bonnet) for my daewoo lanos, but I just made one call to these guys and they knew straight away that they had the parts. They also threw in a couple of free parts for my husbands i-load.
