Very disappointed. We were given unprofessional advice, leading to us purchasing an incorrect type of tile, there were delays in getting the product and poor communication when chasing them up. This resulted in delays in our project and extra expense that would not have been required if we had been recommended the correct type of tile to begin with. We requested a partial discount and instead have been offered a store credit which is useless to us now we have finished our project.

Go speak to Bill. He gave us honest opinion and great customer service. He organised sample tiles for us and the whole ordering and delivery process has been fast as we needed the tiles urgently. Picking quality tiles from reputable company and supplier is very important as tiles from each batch should not vary too much when dealing with good suppliers.
