Being a former professional sports person and yoga practitioner/teacher for over 20 years, I understand the importance of keeping the body in good condition. I have had regular body work / massage therapy for the last twenty years and over this time I had had many experiences of "hit and miss" with the quality of the services provided.

I had an amazing one hour massage yesterday to help alleviate a tight shoulder and neck after sleeping awkwardly. The service was excellent and very professional finding all of the tight spots in my back and neck. I've had a number of massages over the years and this one was right up there as one of the best I've had, should go more often! Highly recommended.

My husband and I experienced terrible massages here. I've had about 20 Thai massages over the years and this was the worst by far. The lady painfully dug her elbows into my spine for 45 minutes, poorly massaged ONE leg and finished with a scalp massage which was knotting up my hair with oil. My shoulders and back are so sore and painful now, I have to go to the physio to un-do the damage she did. I left the place in tears. I've had good massages here before but will never go back now. The massage was erratic , rushed and it seems she had not had proper training

Very disappointed after seeing all the good reviews. Had trouble booking them even online and via phone. In the middle of the massage they moved me to a different room because they had double booked.
It really ruined the experience and did not feel relaxing. I went with two friends who both got hot stones and I didn't. Massage was very inconsistent.
I mentioned to the manager that I was very disappointed and was told that they were busy and if I didn't like the massage after 15minutes I should've just left. She was not ready for any feedback and was very dismissive. I was trying to be quiet but
