We phoned Low Cost Locksmiths this afternoon. Adam offered to attend and assess the faulty security door the same afternoon so that everyone in the house would be safe. Adam attended promptly and courteously. After offering advice about the best way to go with fixing the door, and two solutions, Adam did the job promptly and then went over and above expectations by testing and servicing the other security doors in the house, ensuring that they were secure, locking and working well. Highly recommend Low Cost Locksmith. Needed to replace my garage door remotes. Phoned Low-cost Locksmiths and can honestly say the best Customer Service. Adam advised me the cheapest was to buy new remotes from Bunnings and contact him to arrange programming them. I did this, text him my address, he replied with the cost and time. He came on time and all completed. I'm still waiting for 2 other locksmiths who have not had the courtesy to call me back. Called to my parents house very impressed with
Prompt excellent service whilst friendly and honest. Adrian was great even when the job turned out to be more complicated than expected, he made sure the job was done properly and did not charge more than the original quote even though it took him longer than anticipated which was due to existing problems with the door. I will be using this service again and recommending him to my friends and workplace.
