Matt, the Director of Perception Planning, has a genuine passion for the development industry. He enjoys taking overly complicated and bureaucratic systems and navigating through them to get common sense outcomes - the winner being the customer and the community. It's not often you come across someone who is so well equipped to handle any development related matter.
Matt founded Perception Planning back in 2007 with a vision it would one day lead to big things. Matt's passion lies in the behavioural and cultural dimensions of town planning - at the end of the day it is still a human interaction, despite the best made policy or plan. Matt has led projects previously that have won various industry awards including the Planning Institute of Australia, NSW Premiers and Local Government Awards.

Outstanding service, highly recommended. Matt provided regular phone and e-mail updates on the progress of our application. If not for his wealth of knowledge, we would not have been successful in our request to vary the set-back of our home.
