First rate customer service from Leigh and the team at Surface-It, and what a great job they have done transforming our yard. We love our synthetic grass, it looks so realistic and is lovely to walk on barefoot and no more dirt coming into the house! We would highly recommend these guys to anyone considering fake grass. Very professional.

Excellent product and it looks fantastic but is not practical at all for a young family - which would have been nice to have our questions answered clearly!!
Service was fantastic - would recommend IF the product is right for you. Very good salesman and speaks through questions onto a solution without actually providing the information asked - we learnt the hard way and should have done further research.
Grass gets EXTREMELY hot which is no good for children to run around on - would have been nice to explain that it does get very hot when I asked, not just move onto the explaining that it cools

We had a problem pebbled spot around the front of our home that was such a mess to look at and required a monthly chore of weeding, even when weeded it looked average at best. We considered paving the area, but being on the southern side of the house it would have changed a monthly weeding chore into a monthly chore of moss removal! Then we noticed the artificial grass installation on a reality show one night and loved the look! We shopped around and had lots of questions. Like most people looking at putting in artificial turf I had no idea where to start looking or what was "good" quality turf or "bad" quality turf.
I had three quotes from various places - one of them trying to do the hard sell of giving me a 'discount' if I helped them with marketing - buteven after the discount it was still very expensive.
HOWEVER - Surface-It came out and gave me all the information I needed, came in much cheaper than the other 2 quotes and also use Australian made turf which has a much stronger warranty.
I went with them and I am so glad I did. The guys came and were absolutely
