What an absolute joke.
Called to have a job picked up for our business.
“Yeah no worries we do that with grays all the time, send through a text and we will pick it up in the morning”
Didn’t pick up.
We called and confirmed all was ok. Didn’t know about it.
We said that’s ok you have all the information in text, can you organise to grab it.
Yes no problem.
Still not picked up.
Called again to see what was happening.
AGAIN... don’t know about it I’ve asked all the boys they don’t know.
That’s ok, can it just be done because it’s affecting our business.
