All new cars (under warranty) can be serviced and repaired by the qualified Mechanic of your choice, as long as they use standard dealership quality parts or higher.
Patrick, as well as being an avid car lover, also owns, rides and repairs motorbikes as well. Pat was just clearing a few jobs before his Christmas break when he saw my post on a local group asking if anyone could help with a problem with my son's car. He responded he could help and we took the car down early to his workshop.
Pat diagnosed the issue quickly and offered to book us in to fix early in the new year. As an alternative, he advised where to get parts, what to get and gave a few pointers on how to do the job ourselves so we could have confidence in the car over the holiday break.
Wouldn't accept any payment for this service. All before 6:30am on Christmas Eve.

Recently had some work done at Eltham Motors. I am really pleased with how it went and how the car now drives. Pat was also able to assist in helping with some other work that needed to be addressed quickly and he was able to organise the logistics of that.

Thank you so much Patrick for the incredibly professional service on my Jeep SRT! Patrick was able to diagnose the issue straight away and order a new water pump. When the water pump came in a couple days later they had me in a loaner vehicle that morning and by noon time had it fixed and good as new. Friendly service that makes you feel like you are giving your vehicle to a family member to fix and know that they will take good care of you. 6.4 L Hemi is not an easy engine to work on and needs an expert mechanic so i will be doing all my mechanical work and services here from now on. Thank you

THANK YOU! Patrick and the team at Eltham motors! My window got badly stuck open, I took the car in and they put the window back into place and disabled it so I could still use the car, while they ordered the part that needed replacing. When the part arrived they replaced the window regulator on the spot while I waited, and they showed me why and how the old one failed.
