Ben began his career in painting as a teenager working small repaints on school holidays. After school Ben moved to Melbourne and began a full time commercial painting apprenticeship. Since those early days as a young apprentice, Ben has gained varied experience in the painting and construction industry.

Working for Taubmans Paint as a coatings specification and colour consultant in commercial property maintenance. Estimator and project manager for a leading commercial maintenance company based in Melbourne; working with major clients including Vicinity Shopping Centres, Rydges Hotels, Stockland, LendLease and Australian Unity Retirement Communities.
