We had shopped around for a few quotes for block out blinds for our bedrooms and plantation shutters for the lounge. By far, Blinds City's quote came up tops. I was a little hesitant in the beginning but was very quickly put at ease as their product quality and service were second to none. Highly recommended !!

Ordered from here as I was impressed with the reviews. I ordered ‘double motorised roller blinds’ and assumed that both would be motorised. Apparently not. Nowhere on the order form did it say I needed to specifically order a motor for each blind, nor did it give me the option to add extra motors. I contacted the company shortly after and was advised i needed to order a motor for each blind. I was also told they would call me to discuss it and I am still waiting 2 months later. If I had known that only one blind was going to be motorised I wouldn’t have ordered any motors as this defeats

First impressions with the blinds city was amazing and couldn't recommend them enough to friends and family. Tim, made all the effort to make sure that we were up to date with the latest trends during the measurement. Pierre who handled all the communications and order, fitting and installations made sure that we were taken care of.
Blind City is a small business that definitely outclasses pricing, information and the care factor from the already known competitors. They don't make you feel like a transaction by the end of the day.
